PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Kristine Allen joined Campbell-Hill in October 2019 and brings over 25 years of diverse airline and aviation industry experience to the firm. Ms. Allen is a senior research professional specializing in detailed and comprehensive route, market, and financial analysis in support of air service development efforts for both domestic and international airports.

Prior to joining Campbell-Hill, Ms. Allen served as a Management Consulting Principal Director for Seabury Consulting (now part of Accenture) where she focused on air service development, in-depth route and market analysis, traffic forecasting, leakage analysis, airline industry analysis and analyst/client training. As a consultant Ms. Allen worked with small, medium and large hub airports, where her extensive expertise in conducting quantitative analyses led to numerous new routes for her airport clients. Ms. Allen also performed detailed short and long-term capacity and traffic forecasts for airport and asset management clients.

Prior to her consulting role, Ms. Allen worked in International Route Strategy at US Airways where her analytical and forecasting work led to 8 new Caribbean/Central America routes. Ms. Allen also spent time at airBaltic in Riga, Latvia where she rose to the level of CFO/Senior Vice President Finance & Control and helped define strategic initiatives for the new airline.
