PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Kirby serves as Senior Advisor to Campbell-Hill Aviation Group and provides strategic guidance on airline network planning, commercial strategy, fleet deployment, expert witness work and air service development initiatives.

Mr. Kirby brings more than 40 years of commercial aviation experience, having held senior leadership positions in network planning and strategy at Spirit Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Southwest Airlines, AirTran Airways, US Airways, and Northwest Airlines. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for developing and implementing network strategies across a wide range of airline business models, including ultra-low-cost, low-cost, legacy,and hybrid carriers.

Most recently, Mr. Kirby served as Vice President of Network Planning at Spirit Airlines, where he led long-term network strategy,commercial fleet planning, capacity planning, as well as schedule planning and distribution. Prior to Spirit, he served as Vice President of Capacity Planning and Alliances at Alaska Airlines, overseeing network planning initiatives and airline partnership strategies.

At Southwest Airlines, Mr. Kirby led domestic planning activities and established the airline's international business management function following the acquisition of AirTran Airways. Previously, he directed the Network Planning Group at AirTran Airways, where he was responsible for network development and strategic planning initiatives that supported the airline's significant growth prior to its acquisition by Southwest.

During his career, Mr. Kirby has been directly involved in evaluating thousands of domestic and international route opportunities, fleet deployment decisions, alliance initiatives, and long-term strategic planning efforts. His experience provides Campbell-Hill clients with a unique understanding of airline decision-making processes, network economics, aircraft utilization strategies, and the commercial considerations that influence airline service decisions.

Mr. Kirby's extensive industry relationships and executive-level experience enable him to provide valuable insight to airports,airlines, and legal clients regarding airline strategy, network planning,competitive dynamics, and air service opportunities.
