Mr. Uzenoff joined Campbell-Hill in 2025 as a Director and brings over twelve years of aviation experience in analytical roles across network planning, revenue management, and human resources.
Prior to joining Campbell-Hill, Mr. Uzenoff held various roles of increasing responsibility at JetBlue Airways where he helped the airline establish its leading East Coast footprint. In his most recent role as Manager of Route Planning, he led the long-term and strategic network planning team and was responsible for a variety of special projects spanning competitive analysis, partnerships, and fleet evaluation. Prior to that, Mr. Uzenoff managed the airline’s medium-term capacity planning function, specializing in route forecasting and air service relationship management. His team was responsible for identifying the optimal network-wide deployment of the airline’s nearly 300 plane fleet.

He has evaluated or prepared hundreds of business cases and partnered closely with dozens of airports across the Americas and Europe, both large and small, to launch new or expanded air service. Mr. Uzenoff enjoys balancing the art and science of airline network strategy and route forecasting, and is adept at both building meaningful relationships and leveraging data to deliver results.
